Calendar Art

In the past two weeks, we finished our Calendar Art. Coloring and drawing wasn't hard. But our hands did hurt after that. When we finished our art, it looked very good. And the theme of my calendar art was the weirdness of the unknown.

Marae Trip

A few days ago, we went to the Marae. We rode the bus to the Marae at Unitec. We were welcomed and someone at the door welcomed us with a Waiata. Then the school council did the Hongi with the members of the Marae. After that, they told us a story about a man that rode to New Zealand on a stingray. After that, we had morning tea and it was delicious. Then they taught us a dance. And after that, we performed the Haka. Next, we went back to school. We were sad because the trip had to end.
